Intersolve and consumer
Intersolve has partnered with VVV issuing VVV cadeaukaart and manages the card balances. Our logo is printed on the VVV cadeaukaart to ensure that users always have the option to have their balance refunded.
Using the VVV-cadeaukaart

Youcan check the balance on your VVV cadeaukaart at https://www.vvvcadeaubonnen.nl/.
The VVV Cadeaukaart is valid indefinitely.
If you have a VVV cadeaukaart that you do not wish to spend at an affiliated store, you can exchange it for a refund via Intersolve, in accordance with the consumer terms and conditions. The cost of exchanging your credit is €10 per card, and this cost will be deducted from your balance upon payment.
You can only redeem gift cards if the Intersolve logo is on the back of the card. Gift cards without this logo cannot be redeemed via Intersolve.
To prevent fraud, we unfortunately have to impose a number of restrictions when redeeming gift cards:
Request a gift card balance payout.
You can request the payout of your gift card balance via this form.
Intersolve charges a fee of €6 per year for managing your credit balance, commencing three years after the date of purchase. This management fee is deducted annually in advance from the credit balance on your VVV cadeaukaart.
