Frequently asked questions

  • Click on the relevant gift card on the home/consumer page and then click on 'How can I exchange a gift card for cash?' at the bottom of the page. You can fill in a form here. If you have a gift card that you do not want to spend at an affiliated store, you can exchange it for cash via Intersolve, in accordance with the consumer terms and conditions. The cost of exchanging your credit for cash is €10 per card, and this cost will be deducted from your credit upon payment.

    You can only redeem gift cards if the Intersolve logo is on the back of the card. Gift cards without this logo cannot be redeemed through Intersolve.

    To prevent fraud, we unfortunately have to impose a number of restrictions when exchanging gift cards for cash:

    • You can only have the money transferred to a personal account. It is not possible to transfer money to a business account.
    • You can have a maximum of five cards paid out per calendar year.
  • Click on the relevant gift card on the home page. At the bottom of the page, under 'Frequently asked questions', select 'How can I check my balance?'.

  • Intersolve charges a fee for managing your credit. Click on the relevant gift card on the home page. At the bottom of the page, under 'Frequently asked questions', click on 'What fees apply?'.
