Rewire EU B.V. has discontinued its services. As of 22 June 2025,the balances of Rewire wallet holders have been transferred to Intersolve. From that date, Intersolve is responsible for these funds and is authorised to do sounder a licence issued by De Nederlandsche Bank. The Rewire wallets are no longer operational. However, until 1 July 2032, you may request a payout of your remaining balance from Intersolve.
Intersolve and consumer
Intersolve is responsible for the secure management of the funds held in the Rewire wallets and for administering the payout process to Rewire wallet holders.
Terms and conditions
Conditions are defined for products that are managed by Intersolve. The conditions that apply to you for our services as a holder of the Rewire EU BV Wallet can be downloaded here.
You can request a payout from your Wallet to your bank account via your Rewire Account.
However, if you no longer have access to your Rewire Account and there is still a balance in your Wallet, you can redeem it for cash from Intersolve through a refund request, in accordance with the user terms and conditions.
No fees apply for redeeming the balance from your Rewire Wallet for cash.
How do I submit a refund request to Intersolve?
Please email the following information to operations@intersolve.com:
- First and last name
- IBAN
- BIC
- Email
- Phone number
- Address
- Country
Also include the subject line: “Refund Request Rewire Wallet”, and mention the email address (strictly no password) that you used to log in to your Rewire Account. Attach a copy of a bank statement or a screenshot from your online banking environment showing the relevant account (you may blur out the amounts).
In some cases, we may ask for additional information for identification and verification purposes.
As of 1 July 2026, Intersolve will charge a fee of €2,- per month for managing your balance. This management fee will be deducted in advance each month from the balance of the Rewire wallet.
You can request a payout from your Wallet to your bank account via your Rewire Account.
