Intersolve is a partner of Mooi Lokaal with regard to issuing Mooi Lokaal gift cards and manages the balances of all Mooi Lokaal gift cards. Our logo is displayed on the Mooi Lokaal gift cards as users must always have the option to have their balance refunded.

Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions apply to users of products managed by Intersolve. The terms and conditions applicable to holders of the Mooi Lokaal gift card can be downloaded here.
You can check the balance on your Mooi Lokaal gift card on the following website www.mooilokaal.nl.
The Mooi Lokaal giftcard is valid indefinitely.
If you have a Mooi Lokaal gift card that you do not wish to spend at a participating redemption location, you can redeem it via Intersolve in accordance with the consumer terms and conditions.
Costs associated with redeeming your balance are applicable: during the validity period of your gift card and from 12 months after the expiration of the validity period, €10.00 per card will be deducted from your balance upon payout. If your card expired less than 12 months ago, these costs will not be charged.
You can only redeem gift cards if the Intersolve logo is printed on theback of the card. Gift cards without this logo cannot be redeemed viaIntersolve.
To prevent fraud, we unfortunately have to impose a number of restrictions when redeeming gift cards:
Request a gift card balance payout.
You can request the payout of your gift card balance via this form.
From three years after activation of the gift card, Intersolve Payments charges a quarterly management fee of €2.50, which is deducted from the balance at the beginning of each quarter.
