Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions apply to users of products that are managed by Intersolve. The terms and conditions applicable holders of a Huis & Tuin cadeau can be downloaded here.
You can check the balance on your Huis & Tuin gift card on the website www.huisentuincadeau.com.
Huis & Tuin gift cards have a validity period of two years. The applicable validity period is stated on the card.
If you have a Huis & Tuin gift card that you do not wish to spend at an affiliated store, you can redeem it for a refund via Intersolve, in accordance with the consumer terms and conditions.
Costs associated with redeeming your balance will be made as follows: during the validity period of your gift card and from 12 months after the expiration of the validity period, €10.00 per card will be deducted from your balance upon payout. If your card expired less than 12 months ago, these costs will not be charged.
You can only redeem gift cards if the Intersolve logo is shown on the back of the card. Gift cards without this logo cannot be redeemed via Intersolve.
To prevent fraud, we unfortunately have to impose a number of restrictions when redeeming gift cards:
