Terms and conditions apply to users of products managed by Intersolve. The terms and conditions that apply to you, as a holder of the Fun for Kids Gift Card, regarding our services can be downloaded here.
You can check the balance of your gift card at www.yourgift.nl/saldochecker
The validity period of the Fun for Kids Gift Card is 2 years (24 months) from the date of activation. After that, a monthly fee of €0.35 will be deducted to maintain the gift card.
If you have a Fun for Kids Gift Card that you do not wish to spend at a participating shop, you can redeem it in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Refunds for Fun for Kids Gift Cards are possible within the validity period and subject to payment of an administration fee. The fee for processing refunds is €10.00 per gift card.
Refund requests can be submitted directly to YourGift Cards B.V. by emailing klantenservice@yourgift.nl and requesting a return form.
Should YourGift Cards B.V., for any reason, be unable to process these requests (within a reasonable timeframe), the obligation to comply with a refund request remains with Intersolve Payments, which will then be required to process the request.
