Intersolve is responsible for managing the balances on KidsCadeau Cards via its licence from De Nederlandsche Bank. Intersolve and consumer
Intersolve has partnered with de KidsCadeau Card, issuing KidsCadeau Cards and manages the card balances. Our logo is printed on the KidsCadeau Card to ensure that users always have the option to have their balance refunded.

Terms and conditions apply to users of products managed by Intersolve. You can download these terms and conditions here.
You can check the balance on your KidsCadeau Card at https://www.dekidscadeaukaart.nl/.
The validity period is 24 months after purchase.
If you have a KidsCadeau Card that you do not wish to spend at an affiliated store, you can exchange it for a refund via Intersolve, in accordance with the consumer terms and conditions. The cost of exchanging your credit is €10 per card, and this cost will be deducted from your balance upon payment.
You can only redeem gift cards if the Intersolve logo is on the back of the card. Gift cards without this logo cannot be redeemed via Intersolve.
To prevent fraud, we unfortunately have to impose a number of restrictions when redeeming gift cards:
Request a gift card balance payout.
You can request the payout of your gift card balance via this form.
Intersolve charges a fee of € 6.50 per year for managing your balance, starting 24 months after the date of purchase. This management fee is deducted annually in advance from the KidsCadeau card.
