Intersolve is responsible for managing the balances on the DE Cadeaukaart. For this purpose, we hold an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license from De Nederlandsche Bank. This license guarantees that 100% of the full balance on the DE Cadeaukaart is secured.
Intersolve and consumer
Intersolve is a partner of DE Cadeaukaart with regard to the issuance of DE Cadeaukaart and manages the balances of all DE Cadeaukaart. Our logo is displayed on the DE Cadeaukaart as users must always have the option to have their balance refunded.

Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions apply to users of products managed by Intersolve. The terms and conditions applicable holders of the DE Cadeaukaart can be downloaded here.
You can check the balance on your DE Cadeaukaart on the DE Cadeaukaart website.
The DE Cadeaukaart has a validity period of three (3) years.
If you have a DE Cadeaukaart that you do not wish to spend at aparticipating redemption location, you can redeem it via Intersolve, inaccordance with the consumer terms and conditions.
Costs associated with redeeming your balance are applicable: during thevalidity period of your DE Cadeaukaart and from 12 months after the expirationof the validity period, €10.00 per card will be deducted from your balance uponpayout. If your card expired less than 12 months ago, these costs will not becharged.
You can only redeem gift cards if the Intersolve logo is printed on the back of the card. Gift cards without such a logo cannot be redeemed via Intersolve.
To prevent fraud, we unfortunately have to impose a number of restrictions when redeeming gift cards:
Request a gift card balance payout.
You can request the payout of your gift card balance via this form.
From three (3) years after activation of the DE Cadeaukaart, Intersolve Payments charges a quarterly management fee of €2.50, which is deducted from the balance at the beginning of each quarter.
