Intersolve is a partner of the Cult+ gift card with regard to issuing Cult+ gift cards and manages the balances of all Cult+ gift cards. Our logo is displayed on the Cult+ gift cards as users must always have the option to have their balance refunded.

Where can I check my balance?

You can check the balance on your Cult+ gift card on the website www.cultplus.nl.

Whatis the validity period of the Cult+ cadeaukaart?

The Cult+ gift cardis valid indefinitely.

How can I redeem the (remaining) balance of my Cult+ cadeaukaart for a refund?

If you have a Cult+ gift card that you do not wish to spend at a participating redemption location, you can redeem it via Intersolve, in accordance with the consumer terms and conditions.

The costs associated with redeeming your balance are: during the validity period of your gift card and from 12 months after the expiration of the validity period, €10.00 per card will be deducted from your balance upon payout. If your card expired less than 12 months ago, these costs will not be charged.

You can only redeem gift cards if the Intersolve logo is printed on theback of the card. Gift cards without this logo cannot be redeemed viaIntersolve.

To prevent fraud, we unfortunately have to impose a number of restrictions when redeeming gift cards:

The money can only be transferred to a personal bank account. Transfers to a business account are not possible.

You can have a maximum of five cards paid out per calendar year.

From three years after activation of the gift card, Intersolve Payments charges a quarterly management fee of €2.50, which is deducted from the balance at the beginning of each quarter.
